Introduction :

Our Chinese International Lottery LTD. is an international standard company in Cambodia, which has been established recently to contribute the chance to be a richer to all people. Due to our rapid growth and gain a support from our customer, we would like to invite candidates to join our teamwork. We urgent the following positions as following: 

Job Requirement :
  • Male/Female, from 25 years old up
  • Hold Bachelor degree in HR/Business Adm/Law or other equivalent 
  • Good English Writing/Speaking and Chinese language 
  • At least 2 year experiences in HR/Admin in all industry 
  • Good attitude and leading skills person
  • Work hard and patient people who can motivate themselves
  • Collaboration with all colleague and good communication skills 
  • Be honesty, flexibility, responsibility and punctual person
  • Benefit: Salary 500$ - 750&$ per month, plus 13th month salary, included bonus (Medical and Accident Insurance). 
Job Duties :
  • Plan and budgeting and recommend of HR in company 
  • Review recruitment, screen and other requirements.
  • Advertise the Company’s available vacancies through effective channel.
  • Screen and filter received applications based on the requirement of the vacant role.
  • Interview candidates for vacant positions in coordination with management.
  • Establish and seek for professional development programs for the employees.
  • Establish and update the HR policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate with the Department Manager/Principal and Vice Principal to develop job description and responsibilities for any new added position in the Company’s organization structure.
  • Establish compensation, bonus and incentive schemes.
  • Maintain employees’ personal files and performance reports.
  • Maintain employees’ attendance records.
  • Process the payroll for all the staff after obtaining approval from the Managing Director
  • Receive and record new applications.
  • Join the panel of interview.
  • Notify the departmental Supervisors about new recruits in advance
  • Follow-up on issues concerning different departments
  • Send information to department concerned
  • File and keep illness/ accident forms
  • Check and Maintain records of staff administrative applications (maternity, sick leave, personal leave, resignation)
  • Forward the above applications or notifications for approval by the top management 
  • Prepare summary report on teachers leave application for the month
  • Perform other duties request by the top management
