•  Support HR processes by administering
•  Maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure effective, and consistent management of staff throughout the organisation
•  Conduct orientation for new starter, monitor on leave process and conducting exit interview for all staff
•  Manage the infomation held on the HR database and personnnel files to ensure it is updated
•  Handle staff recruitment, interview, hire and train new employees to foster positive attitude toward company objectives, or oversee those personnel processes
•  Administer compensation, benefits and performance management systems, safety and recreation programs
•  Perform difficult staffing duties including dealing with understaffing, refereeing disputes, and administering disciplinary procedures
•  Cultivate and maintain cross-functional good working relationships
•  Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
•  Maintaining employee files
