During our Implementation phase we are looking for several positions, especially with banking experience.

• Required Education & Experience:
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree
  • OR lower degree accepted if at least 3 years experience in similar position.
  • Fluent English (writing and speaking).
  • French language is a plus.
  • Excellent computer skills in Excel
• Required competencies:
  • Discretion, integrity and rigor
  • Good organizational skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure and to handle multiple tasks
  • Good mathematical and accounting aptitude
  • Effective communication.
  • Autonomous and pro-active.
  • Quick learner.

  • Good knowledge of Labor Law

• Supervise the process of recruitment (Job announcement, interview organization…)
• Supervise maintenance of Staff records - leaves - insurance…
• Supervise the preparation of policies, procedures
• Interact with MOL
• Organize training
• Reports directly to HR Manager.
