•  Creative and well versed with computers
•  Expert in ppt, and other software applications

•  Creating and Coordinating Knowledge Management in company
•  Responsible for improving internal communication
•  Provides reports on a regular basis, as directed or requested, to keep director and management informed of the operation working progress of the store.
•  Undertaking research in collaboration with Development team to define the learning resources required to meet the functional people development plans.
•  Working with team to develop and continuously improve the range of learning resources available to employees
•  Being a member and running different HR projects
•  Administrate trainings calendar, satisfaction survey and present lists
•  Internal event coordinator
