SOCFIN GROUP is an international European owned company operating in Rubber business worldwide and in Cambodia through its subsidiaries Socfin Kcd Co., Ltd and Coviphama Co., Ltd. 

In order to assist the General Manager in his daily duties, we are looking for motivated Cambodian candidates to run the position as below:

• Work with managers to define, implement and update human resource policies and procedures, such as attendance, overtime, advance to employees, working conditions, performance management (incentives), health and safety, equal opportunities, disciplinary procedures
• Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource requirements
• Organizing meeting with staff representatives, preparing agendas and taking minutes of meetings
• Hearing and resolving employee grievances; counseling employees and supervisors
• Responsible for dismissal procedure and litigations
• Review existing materials on organisational structure, categorisation of staff, classification level, grading structure, job description
• Develop Human Resource planning and strategies
• Provide guidance on any matters related to the interpretation of the provisions of the Human Resource policy manual
• Participate and provide guidance on the implementation of the performance improvement process

• Proven expertise in developing Human Resources Management policies,
• Good knowledge of and or significant experience in providing all aspects of human resources management and development supports in Cambodia context with knowledge of country law and regulations on employment
• Strong understanding in Cambodian Labour Law and Legal Compliance
• Excellent communication, diplomatic and organisational skills
• Ability to work under pressure and with personnel from all levels
• Tact and the ability to deal with difficult situations
• Fluent in English
• Accuracy and good attention to detail
