• HR Planning, Recruitment, Interviewing, Selection, Hiring
• Manage and oversea photographer & Make Up department
• Prepare daily/weekly/Monthly schedule for operation of photographer & Make Up
• Solve all the problems what happen in the own department or team works
• Visit each branch of g-rise media or go mission for some times as required by superior
• Deal work with involved department as Sales & Marketing Department, photo & Video editor Department to provide for smooth service to clients
• Control & inventory monthly for Camera equipment & Items, Dresses, make up item at the g-rise media and branches.
• Communicate with area authorities to permit for shooting area,
• Prepare for expense budget and car / accommodation booking as a mission of photographer & Make Up team
• As assigned by superiors to go with photographer & Make Up team for a shooting at some events of clients and you roll play to observe or review with photographer & Make Up team including their performances, attitudes and build closely with clients
• Meet greeting with clients when they came to our studio for a shooting and monitoring for photography & Make Up activities when they are providing service.
• Identify training & development needs in the g-rise media and branches
• Design for training & development programs, based on the g-rise media, branches and individual, make hand book, scripts and research lesson for training to staffs to meet with requirement as skill, knowledge in their performances.
• Evaluation for training & development programs or refreshing
• Prepare the monthly report for Superior
• Other Tasks will be assigned by Superior from time to time
