VisionFund is seeking 01 qualified candidate to fill the position of HR Officer (In Charge of HR System) based in Head Office for maintaining all employee data including employees' employment and personal information into HR System, administering the incentive system, ensuring that staff incentive are accurate and on time payment to staff, updating staff’s list and ensuring a highly satisfactory of HR services all stakeholders provided effectively.

Job Requirement :
  • Must understand and agree with VisionFund’s Vision, mission, purpose, values, and objectives;
  • Bachelor Degree in any field related to Business Administration;
  • At least 2 years working experiences in any fields;
  • Good analytical skills with ability to well manage the initiations with less supervision;
  • Good communications and presentation skills;
  • Good Knowledge of computer skills; 
  • Demonstrate high level of ethical commitments and trustworthiness.
Job Duties :
  • Manage HR System ensuring that employee data are encoded into the system timely;
  • Keeps the employee record up to date, work with relevant staff or manager on updating those necessary information;
  • Provides training & support to staff and manager on the use of HR System;
  • Be a system super user set, update, or modify the information in the system correctly and timely;
  • Informs Payroll and Benefit Officer of staff salary’s benefits, location changed and staff separation;
  • Regular updates in staff’s list such as new staff, staff resign, staff upgrade/ downgrade/promotion, staff change location, & staff confirm probation/ contract extend;
  • Prepares HR monthly report including regular HR statistic report for relevant stakeholder and Adhoc requests reports or data.
