To support our big project, we are looking dynamic candidates as the flowing position:

•  Bachelor Degree in HR management or related field.
•  At least one years experience in HR management or related field.
•  Good computer skills include Ms. Office and Photoshop.
•  Demonstrated ability to work on multiple activities.
•  Good spoken and written Khmer and English skills.
•  Good team player, good communication and follow the work instruction. 

•  Doing the routine job of HR, attendant and leave record, recruitment, making employee contact and follow up.
•  Design job announcements for hiring any kind of staff for to meet company need. And make sure it’s well written and knockout layout.
•  Maintain employee profile; keep update staff contact and information, and updating for changing employee in/out.
•  Schedule for staff attendance and prepare monthly attendance for payroll
•  Responsible and Follow Up for Staff Insurance and NSSF 
•  Keep and maintain relationship with other ministries in term patent and other legal compliance
•  prepare employment contract agreement (check the expiration of the contract and renew the contract)
•  Maintain employee confidence and protect operation by keeping human resource information confidential
•  Assist HR Manager to develop HR policies.
•  Other tasks assigned by management
