Introduction :

The HR Officer contributes to the overall success of the organization by effectively performance all HR tasks for the organization.

Job Requirement :
  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Management or related fields;
  • At least 1 year experience of working in HR position;
  • Flexible, work hard, team work, and positive attitude;
  • Excellent planning and organization skills; ability to handle multiple priorities;
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality;
  • Fluency in spoken, writing English and computer literate (Excel, Microsoft word, and Power point);
  • Good understanding  Cambodian Labor Law;
  • Able to work under pressure
Job Duties :
  • Arrange contract for new associates;
  • Arrange bank account for new associates;
  • Arrange profiles for new associates;
  • Arrange items (recommendation letter and work permit) for staff resigned;
  • Daily/weekly update associates movement list;
  • Sending appraisal form for 90 days notice of staff complete probation (new hired, promotion and transferring);
  • Arrange last payment for staff resigned;
  • Arrange all letter for staff (recommendation, confirmed probation for new hired, promotion and transferring);
  • Keep remind with department head about contract expired for casual, consultant and contract renewal;
  • Copy monthly payroll documents and keep properly;
  • Control fingerprint system (upload info to the device, set up new fingerprint for new hired, set schedule for staff)
  • Manage leave balance
  • Arrange list of staff resigned/walkout/new hired and report to NSSF or Insurance company;
  • Keep HRIS up-to-date by consolidate all business units information;
  • Keep follow up performance appraisal forms from department;
  • Payroll processing;
  • Up-to-date Extension list and employee contact list;
  • Filing soft and hard copy of employee's profile into HRIS;
  • Monthly update of employee history record;
  • Support and assist employee recreation function;
  • Make phone call for interview's invitation;
  • Report to Senior HR Executive and dot line report to HR Manager;
  • Other tasks requirement from time to time from direct manager or management team.
