Job Requirement :
  • Minimum 2 years’ secretarial or clerical experience, preferably in the human resources area.
  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • To be familiarized with labor law, to understand the policy and procedure of the HR department.
  • General Skills: Must be able to perform job functions with attention to detail, speed and accuracy; prioritize, organize and follow-up; be a clear thinker, remaining calm and resolving problems using good judgment; follow directions thoroughly; understand a guest’s service needs.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office products; ability to type a minimum of 45words per minute.
  • Neat appearance.
  • Motivator and self-starter.
  • Commitment to professional values.
  • Language: Good command in oral and written English.
Job Duties :
  • Working closely with the Government Relations departments to assist with the processing of visas and any other administration related duties that may arise in daily operations.
  • Arranges for medical check for associates, dependents for the processing of residence visa.
  • Maintains a record of expiry dates of residence permits, visas, and ensures renewal in time to avoid fines and complications.
  • Receives a varied amount of service requests, which are diversified in nature.
  • Update and maintain all associates within the HRMS system.
  • Coordinate and prepare the birthday cards, name list among departments for Monthly Associates Birthday Party.
  • Maintain the attendance system and work together with departmental coordinators and Finance for monthly payroll process.
  • Check, monitor the leaves management are well operated.
  • Acted as a communication channel for help associates to solve their problems.
  • Handling the social insurance, personal files are proper maintained for associates.
  • Assist on supplementary medical insurance reimbursement among associates and insurance company.
  • Make sure all existing associates signed their Job Descriptions.
  • According to the hotel's Human Resources strategy and annual recruitment assist to planning annual recruitment plan and organize the implementation of the Company.
  • Responsible for assist to establishing, improve the recruitment system, and the recruitment process.
  • Responsible for the establishment of reserve personnel selection programs and talent pool mechanism.
  • Assist HR Manager to do the annual budget of associate facility.
  • Set the budget and monitor the cost including breakage and consumption of all supplies.
  • Manage the notice board. To ensure the notice board is updated regularly with information including the latest news, sales in the hotel, associate development, outstanding associates, gourmet, regime, etc.
  • To create a positive working atmosphere in the department.
  • To coordinate with all departments closely and to build good working relations.
  • Completes other unspecified tasks required as assigned and as needed to open and operate the hotel in a timely manner.
