To help achieve its objective, we are looking for high quality candidates to fill the position:

Location: Anglung Krapeu Village , Cheung kor Commune, Prey Nope District, Sihanouk Province.

• Bachelor Degree of management or related field.
• At least one year experience in HR or related field.
• Good command in English for both written and spoken.
• Computer literate (Ms. Word, Excel Power Point), Internet and E-mail.
• Demonstrated ability to work on multiple activities.
• Be able stay at province.
• Strong in interpersonal skills

• To filing staff & workers’ profile and issue staff & workers’ ID.
• To issue employment contract for Check-roll Workers and appointment letter.
• Monthly report for Check-roll Workers Payment Cost and Headcount.
• To support, coordinate & follow up with setting up the schedule for annual performance appraisal by each Department.
• Control staffs’ leave and support HR document in an order manner.
• Prepare and update the staff historical data such as family, career, training, appraisal, and sanction (Disciplinary action).
• To check and verify OT’s request working hour with the actual work for Check-roll Workers.
• Monthly report for workers movement (in/out).
• To implement and guide to the workers to comply with the Company’s rules and the regulations.
• To review application of workers and ensure that all the documents are correct.
• To assist payout for check-roll payment three times per month.
