• Bachelor degree in HRM or equivalent;
• Experience in labor compliance, OSH and industrial relation with MFIs are prioritized;
• Good understanding in Cambodian Labor Law and government regulations related with labor;
• Good Khmer and English communication, and computer skill; and
• Strong teamwork, interpersonal, problem-solving and able to work under pressure.

• Make effective liaison with government officials in charge for labor to ensure TPC’s HO and branches fully complied with Cambodian labor law, and updating government regulations;
• Responsible for occupational safety & health, industrial relations and labor grievance;
• Perform Personnel Administrative jobs such as change bank specimen for authorized staff, staff uniform requests, insurance claims/pays, staff movement, internship per-diem preparation, etc.;
• Assist in providing new staff orientation, HR policy training and labor compliant watch; and
• Assist to review and update HR forms, and prepare HR requests.
