Introduction :

INVESTCO is an investment company which regroups three companies that are PharmaProduct Manufacturing (PPM), CONFIREL and DEPOMEX.

Based in Phnom Penh, INVESTCO, especially PPM, the leading company in producing and supplying pharmaceutical products and others products locally and internationally, is currently seeking for a suitably qualified candidates to fill the positions as below:
HR Manager in human resource department in Investco Company
Warehouse Team Leader in Confirel Company  

Job Requirement :

HR Manager

  • Bachelor Degree in HRM or general management
  • At least 5 years working experience in HR Management position
  • High level of understanding of local HR and social issues
  • Good knowledge of compensation and payroll management
  • Good knowledge of Cambodia labor law and other relevant regulations
  • Good communication, negotiation skills, problem solving skills, decision making and strong leadership and good initiative
  • Computer skills-proficient in Word, Excel, and Power Point
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to communicate in English both verbally and nonverbally

Warehouse Team Leader

  • Bachelor degree of management or other related fields
  • At least one year experience in warehouse work
  • Be good at stock management and resource management
  • Being familiar with using ERP, enterprise Resource Planning, is an advantage
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office, Word and Excel
  • Ability to manage time and carry out orders efficiently and effectively
  • Ability to communicate in English
Job Duties :

HR Manager

  • Develop, implement and review strategy, program, policies, and procedures for management and development of HR Department to ensure compliance of all stipulated legal requirements
  • Achieve financial objectives by recommending HR objectives, forecasting HR requirements, developing and monitoring budgets, controlling and reducing costs as well as optimizing use of asset
  • Maintain equitable compensation by designing and administering pay, benefits, incentive, and bonus programs
  • Enhance organizational effectiveness by identifying and analyzing current circumstances, implementing interventions, developing and maintaining succession planning and recommending new organizational structures
  • Evaluate effectiveness of training program, performance, and keep in touch with training providers to fulfill learning and development needs
  • Manage the full spectrum of HR encompassing HR Processes & Tools, recruitment, training, compensation and benefits, performance management system, employee relations, talent management, safety and other HR related administration functions
  • Maintain an up to date knowledge of relevant employment legislation, trends and best practice in order to be able to contribute positively to the resolution of internal issues and make reasoned enhancements to HR policies
  • Work and cooperate closely with other departments to achieve common goals for the Company
  • Liaise with relevant government authorities on matters pertaining to HR & industrial relations
  • Manage performance appraisal
  • Prepare HR and training budget and monthly/annual report
  • Writing relevant Reports for the director
  • Other assignments as assigned   

Warehouse Team Leader

  • Monitor all stocks in the warehouse
  • Work closely with purchasing in order to get the right stock
  • Minimize overstock and ensure all stock are in good condition
  • Ensure incoming goods are well-prepared and managed accordingly
  • Ensure stocks are ready and available for production and when required
  • Record and maintain inventory of all goods and materials in the warehouse
  • Keep records of all documentation relating to the dispatch and receipt of goods
  • Assist in the compliance of all company procedures of procuring and dispatching materials
  • Record damage, loss, or surplus of goods and materials stored in the warehouse
  • Manage stock request from production and organize stock transfer
  • Calculate and maintain actual monthly inventory records, inventory usage and inventory 
  • forecast
  • Develop and maintain appropriate daily, weekly and monthly reporting of all inventory related
  • Ensure all goods/items received are posted into system correctly and timely
  • Maintain good working relationships within a team, relevant departments, key client contacts and decision-makers
  • Other duties assigned by supervisors or managers
