Job Requirement :
  •  Bachelor degree in Human Resource Management or Management.
  •  Management, leading and motivation skills
  •  5 years experiences in related fields
  •  Knowledge of Cambodian Labor Law
  •  Knowledge of computer usage (Word, Excel, Internet and email...)
  •  Good personality, friendly and team work..
  •  Be neatly dressed and well-groomed
  •  Good attitude and high morality with honestly
  •  High commitment and passion to work
Job Duties :
  • Monitor and supervise on staff recruitment, selection, health, safety, training, development, compensation, benefits, welfare, grievance, staffing, create hotel policy, staff performance management, contract, internal and external relation and hotel security affairs
  •  Consult about Cambodian Labor Law to superior and employees
  •  Manages and lead HR department, ensuring compliance with all hotel policies and procedures; both local and government regulations pertaining to employment practices
  •  Develops and implements recruiting and screening systems and procedures in order to attract most qualified candidates for position vacancies
  •  Coordinate with requisitioning departments in the recruitment of employee following established standards, policies and procedures; assists them in the orientation training, development and evaluation of their personnel. 
  •  Investigates and reviews all disciplinary actions to ensure the actions are complying with the labor law, hotel rules and regulations
  •  Ensures the staff complies with hotel policies and procedures as well as government regulations pertaining to employment practice
  •  Organizing, developing, coordinating and evaluating hotel training programs
  •  Implements an effective staff relations and motivation programs in the hotel. Coordination of training for all departments
  •  Maintains and updates staff records, legal documents, policies and procedures and other personnel matters
