HLH Group was founded in Singapore on 4th September 1988. Through-out the past 28 years we have grown from strength to strength, including being listed on the mainboard of Singapore Stock Exchange since 2000. We have also expanded our group operations into the Cambodia market since year 2008.
The Management have decided on the direction of the company over the next 10 years, we will focus primarily on land acquisition for property development projects as well as agriculture investment in Cambodia. Our goals for the future include investing in more affordable housing projects and become one of the largest developer of residential, commercial and industrial projects in Cambodia.

Job Requirement :

Minimum 3 years Experience
-
Bachelor or Master's Degree or related field
-
Creative with good management and interpersonal skills
-
Good command of written and spoken English and Khmer and a must
-
Strong Negotiation skill
-
Sound knowledge in Cambodian labor law and its implementation

Excellence in people management skill with problem solving skill
-
Hard working person, strong motivation and good attitude

Job Duties :
|
|

Develop and update Company and HR policies, Internal Rule and Regulations, company policies, employee handbook, work procedures and guidelines to ensure HR and Administration function is effectively and efficiently carried out.
-
Oversee functions of HR services within Company such as recruitment, hiring, payroll, employee record-keeping including contracts/agreements, compensation, and benefits for employees.

Develop and oversee implementation of Staff Policies.

Assist MD to review Job description/title/responsibility changes.

Monthly update of summary of salaries and benefits of company staff for payroll preparation send to MD for approval.
-
Assist to all Department Head in Coordinating probation evaluation and annual performance appraisal of all staffs.
-
Educate staff members regarding policies, compensation and benefits as well as responding to general and specific inquiring on HR issues and others.
-
Coordinating applicant screening and interviewing activities with line managers and make the best possible hiring decision.

Develop and maintenance the staff benefit program
-
Calculation staff benefits and compensation
-
Administrative support to departments dealing with the task of editing, typing, mailing, and filing
-
Keeps an account of the documentation details and every kind of information relating to products, sales, support, and cost of the Company

Must possess good observation power, monitors the work of back office
-
Oversee petty cash updated
-
Develop templates for company- Answerable to interoffice queries and ensures that there is effective communication of operational data to the management department
