Introduction :

YHS (Cambodia) Food & Beverage Pte Ltd., an Internationally renowned Food & Beverage Company and a leading Beverage supplier in Cambodia is seeking dynamic, self-motivated and dedicated candidate to join our team and contribute to driving our business forward.

The position is responsible and accountable for ensuring smooth operation for overall Plant Production Machine Maintenance, Facilities/ Utilities and Engineering & provides support in machine breakdowns, upgrading or modification and as per others designated. This position will be more responsible towards the production machines and equipment.

Job Requirement :
  •  Degree in Business, Human Resource Management, Law or equivalent; 
  •  At least 8 years of relevant HR and managerial experience within a manufacturing environment 
  •  Candidates with start-up experience are preferred 
  •  Strong business orientation, commercially savvy and extensive hands-on experience 
  •  Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills, particularly in employee and industrial relations 
  •  Positive, strategic-minded and able to interact well with all levels 
  •  Strong leadership skills with high level of integrity. 
  •  Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills 
  •  Excellent proficiency in English and Chinese or Thai 
  •  Fully competent in using MS Office suite of application 
  •  Strong and effective interpersonal and communication skills 
  •  Able to work under pressure 
Job Duties :
  •  Responsible for the HR and Admin function of the company. 
  •  Develop and implement the local HR policy in accordance with Group Human Resource’s guideline and policies. 
  •  Initiate and monitor the key HR processes in the business: strategic planning, staffing, organization development, performance management, talent management, reward and recognition, internal and external relations employee development and talent management. 
  •  Work closely with Group HR on reporting requirements. 
  •  Develop, implement and maintain employee handbook on policies and procedures; and to perform benefits administration. 
  •  Implement and execute payroll processes. 
  •  Conducts recruitment effort and complete all recruitment on time and on schedule 
  •  Develop new-employee orientation program; monitors employee relations and exit interviewing. 
  •  Monitors and updates compensation program. 
  •  Conducts annual salary surveys and develops budget. 
  •  Compensation and Benefit Administration. 
  •  Participate in regional HR projects/initiatives. 
  •  Any other duties as assigned by Management.
