Bonna Realty Group Co., Ltd is one of the leading Real Estate Companies in Cambodia today. It has been providing real estate services such as Property Consultancy, Property valuation, Property Management and Property Research for both local and foreign client in Cambodia. We are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic candidates to fulfill the following position:

•Bachelor degree of Human Resource Management or equivalent.
•At least 3 years experiences in Human Resource Management role. 
•Good communication skill, honest, integrity, good organizational, and well interpersonal. 
•A good knowledge of Cambodian Labor Law. 
•Ability to manage several different tasks at once, and attention to detail. 
•Able to communicate in English both speaking and writing
•Has knowledge of computer skills, Ms Office Application.

•Implement HR Policies and procedures manual and other work process related to HR Function. 
•Work closely with other departments to identify the staff needed in their own departments.
•Prepare manpower planning and HR budget planning for the whole year
•Be responsible for the whole process of recruitment as well as work with recruitment agencies to find the right candidates for the right position.
•Conduct induction training for new hires and respond to general and specific inquiring on HR issues and others.
•Be responsible for staff performance management by working with head of departments and supervisor to set up KPI for their supervisee.
•Be responsible for facilitating and coordinating for staff training externally and internally. 
•Prepare staff headcount and staff movement, staff turnover rate reports.
•Be responsible for HR/Admin department budget planning and implementing.
