• Male/Female age 30 years up, preferably in Human Resource management with B.A or in relating job filed.
• Degree holder with at least 5 years of relevant experience in Human Resources categories, preferably in a regulated industry.
• Impeccable integrity coupled with strong ownership of goals and a will-to-win
• Strong understanding of strategic sourcing and procurement processes, with the ability to advice and fulfill all sourcing needs of internal decision makers
• Service-oriented with the ability to interact with all levels of management through excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
• Good command of spoken & written English ( Vietnamese is advantage )
• Excellent negotiation , communication & presentation skill
• Good problem solving , planning & interpersonal skill
• Active , initiative , self-motivated & aggressive
• Calmly, assertive, sociable, good listener ... 
• Withstands high pressure job.

• Responsible for building, organizing, managing and maintaining HR system including recruitment sector, salary & benefits, human resources development and training to meet the objectives of the Company. 
• Responsible for all building programs to maintain and develop cultural Company.
