Introduction :

EZECOM, Cambodia’s Premium Internet Service Provider, was founded to serve the rapidly expanding business and home user market in Cambodia. Our company has incorporated its own fiber optic and WiMAX network with internet, VoIP, VPN, and customer built world class data center.

We are now looking for dynamic, energetic and committed candidates to fill the vacancy as HR Manager based in Phnom Penh.

Position Purpose: To manage the HR department and develop and implement HR policies, system and procedure to pro-actively support and assist in the achievement of the companies strategies and objective as well as to provide a comprehensive personnel and training function , and creating a culture of open style management and individual development.

 

Job Requirement :
  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration, preferable in HRM Major
  • At least 2 to 3 years’ experience in HR field, Preferable in Training and Development
  • At least one year’s experience in teaching, coaching, mentoring
  • Good public Speaking and presentation skill
  • Fundamental knowledge of Cambodia Labor Law
  • Experience in Succession Planning, TNA and Talent Management is preferable.
  • Excellent spoken and written English. Chinese is preferable
  • Experience in translating is optimum.
  • Excellent organization, execution, communication and Interpersonal skill
  • Full of dynamics, energies and diligences
Job Duties :
  • Responsible for developing and implement HR strategies, policies and procedure in line with business strategy and contribute to the achievement of company corporate strategies and objectives.
  • To determine the manpower strategy to support business growth and need against availability of current skill and requirement with appropriate policies for recruitment, career and succession planning, management development and counseling.
  • Formulate and deliver the personnel strategy within Cambodia and ensure recruitment of quality staff (Management and Non-Management staffs in accordance with required manpower planning and manning level.
  • Develop and implement management development and training program that will facilitate the development of Human resource in an emerging market. The aim is to develop an efficient and effective workforce capable of supporting the business.
  • Ensure all employment legislation, ethical trade initiate, terms and conditions of employment, disciplinary and grievance procedure are in line with Cambodia requirement and best practice and as far as possible the company in proactive in achieving world class standards. Develop and implement employee health and safety and labor relation policies and guideline to be consistent with corporate policies, business needs and relevant labor legislation to promote a harmonious and winning culture. Plan and prepare and conduct negotiation with employee representative
  • Retain and attract key skill and enhance employee commitment and performance excellence by developing and implementing appropriate reward and performance management strategies. Control of overhead ensuring the most efficient utilization of labor via control of absence, overtime payment and labor turnover. In conjunction with the management team develop, implement and maintain the organization pay structure in line with Cambodia requirement.
  • Plan, organize and manage the HR Department to achieve departmental objective and positively impact the company objective with a cost effective provision of appropriate HR service
