Introduction :

INVESTCO is an investment company which regroups three companies that are PharmaProduct Manufacturing (PPM), CONFIREL and DEPOMEX.
PPM is the first pharmaceuticals factory in Cambodia, established in the early of 1996 with the help from EU-ECIP program in partnership with the CERP France Group. Its expertise consists in providing quality medicines to all people and helps them to live better, longer and healthier. 

Job Requirement :
  • Bachelor Degree in HRM or general management.
  • At least 5 years working experience in HR Management position.
  • High level of understanding of local HR and social issues.
  • Good knowledge of compensation and payroll management.
  • Good knowledge of Cambodia labor law and other relevant regulations.
  • Good communication, negotiation skills, problem solving skills, decision making and strong leadership and good initiative.
  • Computer skills-proficient in Word, Excel, and Power Point
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to communicate in English both verbally and nonverbally.
Job Duties :
  • Develop, implement and review strategy, program, policies, and procedures for management and development of HR Department to ensure compliance of all stipulated legal requirements.
  • Achieve financial objectives by recommending HR objectives, forecasting HR requirements, developing and monitoring budgets, controlling and reducing costs as well as optimizing use of asset.
  • Maintain equitable compensation by designing and administering pay, benefits, incentive, and bonus programs.
  • Enhance organizational effectiveness by identifying and analyzing current circumstances, implementing interventions, developing and maintaining succession planning and recommending new organizational structures.
  • Evaluate effectiveness of training program, performance, and keep in touch with training providers to fulfill learning and development needs.
  • Manage the full spectrum of HR encompassing HR Processes & Tools, recruitment, training, compensation and benefits, performance management system, employee relations, talent management, safety and other HR related administration functions.
  • Maintain an up to date knowledge of relevant employment legislation, trends and best practice in order to be able to contribute positively to the resolution of internal issues and make reasoned enhancements to HR policies.
  • Work and cooperate closely with other departments to achieve common goals for the Company.
  • Liaise with relevant government authorities on matters pertaining to HR & industrial relations.
  • Manage performance appraisal. 
  • Prepare HR and training budget and monthly/annual report
  • Writing relevant Reports for the director.
  • Other assignments as assigned.
