TPG Co., Ltd is looking for qualified candidates to fill the positions as below:

Position: HR Manager
Job Summary: The purpose of HR Manager is to handle the HR Department of TPG’s subsidiary located in Ratanakiri province. This subsidiary is called Casino and Hotel Mittapheap.  
Reports to: General Manager
Supervises: HR Supervisor and Officer
Working Hours: [08:00-17:00]
Service Location: Rattanakiri Province   

Job Requirement :
  • Master or Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management.
  • At least 3 years working experience in related fields.
  • Proactive, attentive to detail and able to work under pressure.
  • Honest and reliable person.
  • Good in organizational skill, management skill and a good team player.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Job Duties :
  • Human resources planning & staffing
  • In consultation with other managers anticipate future staffing requirements in line with strategic plans.
  • Manage the implementation of company’s recruitment policy, including selection and ensuring that recruitment practices are fair and consistent and comply with regulations and organizational good practice.
  • Manage staff induction and probation in line with company’s policy.
  • Perform salary and benefits survey on an annual basis in cooperation with London office.
  • Employee relations
  • Provide leadership to office staff in relation to HR, ensuring compliance with company’s approved policies and procedures.
  • Ensure that all staff are aware of policies and procedures in place.
  • Act as focal point for all initial queries from staff regarding policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and advise on disciplinary and grievance matters in accordance with company’s policies and procedures.
  • Government relations
  • Represent company at the Ministry of Labor in pursuit of company interests.
  • Liaise with authorities to secure permissions and permits as necessary.
  • Secure necessary government approvals as required (e.g. adverts and work permits).
  • Work with management to resolve serious HR related issues with authorities
  • Employee evaluation, capacity development and training
  • As part of the organizational HR team ensure that cross organization training and development programmers are put in place.
  • Ensure that the performance management procedure is followed.
  • Conduct trainings for HR issues where appropriate.
  • HR administration
  • Contribute to regular reviews of the company’s Handbook, ensuring that policies remain in compliance with local labor laws, and recommend updates where required.
  • Assist partner organizations in the development of HR processes (with travel).
  • Develop and maintain a system to ensure that staff files are kept up-to-date.
