Beyond Interior is offering a comprehensive and unique interior design service in Cambodia, Beyond Design' was established in 2008 by Bronwyn Blue. 

We specialize in office, apartment complex, and residence design and fit - outs. As well as our own manufacturing facility, we collaborate with international suppliers and contractors to be the market leader in all aspects of our business. Through our collective 10 years of regional experience, we understand the challenges of working in and around South East Asia. We offer excellence in the areas of design, import, transport, construction, installation, quality management and follow-up support.

our showroom represents our style and the quality of our custom made products and interiors. Our friendly international customer service team has all the experience necessary to assist clients in making choices that suit their budget and expectations. 

Manufacturing 
our facility has a flexible capacity in order to manage the development of a bespoke residence or a larger residential complex. Our experienced operations team has the tools and contacts necessary to manage the timely delivery and installation of design projects and FF&E packages on a range of scales.

Job Requirement :
  • State the minimum qualifications required to successfully perform the job. These are the qualifications that are necessary for someone to be considered for the position. All qualifications must comply with provincial human rights legislation.
    • Hold Bachelor or higher degree in Human Resource Management or related (Candidate's possessing Admin experience and Public Relation is an advantage);
    • Must be excellent in English Language);
    • Have at least 2-year experience in Human Resource Management or related;
    • Have strong communication and coordination skill and have high responsibility and interpersonal skill;
    • Have strong written ability;
    • Have strong knowledge of Cambodia Labor law;
    • Proficiency in Computer software (MS Office, Internet and Email);
Job Duties :
  • Develops and administers various human resources plans and procedures for all company personnel.
  • Plans, organizes and controls all activities of the department. Participates in developing department goals, objectives and systems.
  • Implements and annually updates compensation program; rewrites job descriptions as necessary; conducts annual salary surveys and develops merit pool (salary budget); analyzes compensation; monitors the performance evaluation program and revises as necessary.
  • Develops, recommends and implements personnel policies and procedures; prepares and maintains handbook on policies and procedures; performs benefits administration to include claims resolution, change reporting, approving invoices for payment, annual re-evaluation of policies for cost-effectiveness, information activities program and cash flow.
  • Develops and maintains affirmative action program
  • Manage on talent management scheme.
  • Follow up on individual and group staff performance appraisal, performance planning and performance plan.
  • Conducts recruitment effort for all exempt and nonexempt personnel, students and temporary employees; conducts new-employee orientations; monitors career-patching program, employee relations counseling, outplacement counseling and exit interviewing; writes and places advertisements.
  • Establishes and maintains department records and reports. Participates in administrative staff meetings and attends other meetings, such as seminars. Maintains company organization charts and employee directory.
  • Evaluates reports, decisions and results of department in relation to established goals. Recommends new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of department and services performed.
  • Performs other incidental and related duties as required and assigned.
