  • Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing  announcing  appropriately
  •  Answer, screen  forward  incoming phone calls while providing basic information  needed
  •  Update appointment calendars  schedule meetings appointments
  •  Perform clerical receptionist duties such filing, photocopying, collating, faxing etc.
  •  Prepare the meeting and events.
  •  Prepare monthly closing report and comment
  •  Solving the problem for staff-Prepare and control the office equipment-Prepare the contract the staff
  •  Prepare and manage employee’s employment contracts
  •  Typing, copying, and scanning documents, Attendance record
