Action Against Hunger is starting programs in Cambodia and we are excited to invite motivated and qualified professionals for the following positions to join our dynamic team:

HR and Finance Officer (Location: Preah Vihear) (National Post)
Reporting to the Field Coordinator the HR & Finance officer will be responsible for managing all aspects of Human Resources and Finance operations for the Base. You will ensure proper compliance to Action Against Hunger’s policies and procedures on the base level. You will be responsible for the base’s cash, bank account and budget management as well as ensuring the proper supporting documentation for all expenses and recording the expenses in the accounting software. You will support recruitment and HR management on base level.  
Qualifications: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field. At least 2 years similar professional experience in Human Resources Management and Finance. Proven experience in accounting, bookkeeping, managing grants and staff relations. Experience with accounting software. 

Logistics Officer (Location: Preah Vihear) (National Post)
Reporting to the Field Coordinator, the Logistics Officer is responsible for all logistics activities on the base and ensures smooth implementation of and adherence to logistic procedures during the program implementation. You will ensure the proper functioning of supply chain, supervising the organization, planning, and maintenance of the fleet as well as organization’s facilities. Responsible for equipment and inventory. You will support the Field Coordinator in the day to day running of the base.

• At least 2 years similar professional experience in Logistics, Procurement, Transport, Vehicle management, Communications and Warehouse Management. Experience in developing and implementing field logistics systems and procedures.
• Experience in negotiating with suppliers ensuring competitive, effective and accountable processes.
• Strong knowledge in IT. Excellent Excel skills
