ML Intimate Apparel Cambodia Ltd., will be starting its manufacturing operation soon in Poipet O’Neang Special Economic Zone. We are a provider of manufacturing solutions for our customers specializing in intimate and underwear production and currently has job opportunities for qualified candidates in the following fields:

• University degree in Business Administration or Human Resource Management or Law
•  At least 2 years of work experience in human resource field
•  Experience in private sector or Garment factory is highly desirable
•  Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word & PowerPoint 
•  Fluent and conversational English skill is required
•  Good knowledge of local labor law and local HR practices
•  Highly experienced in employee relations/ solving problem

•  Prepare monthly payroll, final payment, and pay slip
•  Check staff OT claim, work and other allowance
•  Prepare monthly NSSF contribution to MLVT
•  Prepare employee employment contract
•  Properly update record of any leaves
•  Prepare AL and Severance Pay 5% and send to HR Manager
•  Prepare employee movement declaration (staffs join and resign) to MLVT
•  Prepare all cash advance, expense claim and reimbursement to account Dept
•  New recruitment plan process including job announcement
•  Other tasks assigned by HR Manager.
