Welcome to Sonatra Microfinance Institution PLC. Since receiving license for operation from the National Bank of Cambodia in early January 2011 we have been providing loans to many of our satisfying customers within the Phnom Penh area and soon we will expand the operation throughout Cambodia.

• Bachelor in Business Administration or HR Management
• At least 1 'years’ experience in HR fields
• Gender : Both 
• Age : 22-30
• Ability to develop relationships and communicate with people at all levels and to establish and sustain productive working partnerships.
• Very good in English both of spoken and written
• Experience in conducting management and other training programs
• Good negotiation, fast learner and influencing skill

• To be a trusted advisor and confidant for employees to solve problems, provide advice and be an advocate on behalf of employees.
• Drive the performance Management process
• Manage new staff & resign staff process and update in employee file
• Work closely with all managers and other HR staff to continually analyze, prioritize and respond proactive to organizational needs and support the business growth
• Participate in the development and implementation of HR strategies and policies to achieve corporate/business objectives
• Maintain a high standard of quality, operational excellence in any HR process in commercial.
• Additional duties may be assigned by the Human Resource Manager when deemed necessary.
• Assist managers in the interpretation, communication and action planning of the climate survey results
