Cambodia Brewery Limited (CBL), the manufacturer of international quality beers: Tiger beer, ABC Extra Stout, Anchor beer & Gold Crown is currently seeking dynamic and self motivated candidates to fill the following position and be part of us in driving our business forward.

• University degree in Management or other related field;
• Minimum 3-4 years of recruiting experience in employment agency or Human Resource management experience in international company;
• Strong interpersonal skills with good command of both English and Khmer;
• Interview skills;
• Able to work with a wide variety of personality types;
• People oriented and able to make suitability judgments of candidates; 
• Good communication;

• Prepare company strategic recruitment and selection plan according to the approved headcount budget 
• Schedule and conduct pre-selection job interviews of short-listed potential candidates for subsequent interviews by line managers and Head of Departments 
• Prepare and arrange employment contracts for successful candidate 
• Conduct introduction programs for new employees to familiarize them with the company’s policy, rules, code of conduct and regulations and also to foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives 
• Keep track of new employees during probation period 
• Conduct exit interviews to identify reasons for employee resignation and make recommendations for improvement 
• Record and report manpower movement (monthly, quarterly & annually) 
• Execute all aspect of the company training and development activities (Training Needs, People Development Plan, Training Plan/Budget, Delivery, Evaluation and record/report) to achieve the company objectives of building capabilities and growing talent strategy 
• Record and report all base measures of training activities (monthly, quarterly and yearly) based on HR dashboard
