Pan Cambodian Lottery Corporation Limited is looking for qualified candidates to fill in the positions of:

- HR Executive

• Cambodian National who can support DDD’s mission, purpose, values, and objectives
• University degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management or related field
• At least 3 years’ experience in HRM
• Knowledge of Cambodia Labor Law and recruitment process
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to develop relationships and communicate with people at all levels and to establish and sustain productive working partnerships.
• High energy, optimistic, open-minded, flexible, teamwork, and detail-oriented 
• Able to multi-task and manage deadlines with a high degree of initiative.

• Drive recruitment and talent supply on time in full by responsible for job announcement, short listing, interview and testing
• Ownership of HR communication and champion team building activities
• Execution of L&D program
• Drive the performance Management process
• Manage new staff & resign staff process and update in employee file 
• Work closely with all managers and other HR staff to continually analyze, prioritize and respond proactive to organizational needs and support the business growth
• Participate in the development and implementation of HR strategies and policies to achieve corporate/business objectives
