Cambodia Brewery Limited (CBL), the manufacturer of international quality beers: Tiger beer, ABC Extra Stout, Anchor beer & Gold Crown is currently seeking dynamic and self motivated candidates to fill the following position and be part of us in driving our business forward.

•  Bachelor or Master Degree in Business Administration
•  At least 3-5 years’ experience in HR fields with multi-national company
•  Proven experience in HR in a business / commercial environment
•  FMCG / Line management experience
•  Good command of English both writing and speaking
•  Knowledge of Computer Ms. Office
•  Good Interpersonal and people skills
•  Knowledge of labour law

•  Act as a bridge to represent the people agenda and translate functional needs into HR actions
•  Participate as an active member of the Commercial Leadership Team
•  Provide support to all Commercial Leadership Team on HR activities and issues plus proactively advice on continuous improvement in people areas
•  Develop effective relationships with Worker Representative and the unions (DUoWCB & CFSWF)
•  Manage any industrial or legal disputes
•  Coach and assist managers through the process to manage any disciplinary or performance issues with employees ensuring fairness, consistency and adherence to process and legislation
•  To be a trusted advisor and confidant for employees to solve problems, provide advice and be an advocate on behalf of employees.
•  Assist in the roll out and communication of the climate survey to ensure maximum response rate
•  Assist managers in the interpretation, communication and action planning of the climate survey results
•  Ensure understanding and compliance to local rules and legislations, Heineken policies & code of conduct and CBL policy in action.
•  Maintain a high standard of quality, operational excellence in any HR process in commercial.
•  Additional duties may be assigned by the Human Resource Manager when deemed necessary.
