• Bachelor Degree in management and related fields
• Experienced in Human Resources Management
• Ability to make recommendations and improvements to processes and procedures
• Good communication skills, both in Khmer and English
• Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and PowerPoint

• Responsible for training process
• Coordinate the material for training, orientation, and workshop
• Participate with trainer in training, orientation, and workshop
• Conduct training evaluation surveys
• Prepare training follow up form for trainees and their individual records
• Delivers orientation and training to both new comer & existing staff and oversees their assessments
• Undertakes long & short term training projects
• Supports HR Dept. by recommendations and improvements for training and processes to ensure material remains fresh and relevant for Effective Training
• Assists HR Director and performs other duties as assigned.
