•Develops organization strategies by identifying and researching human resources issues; contributing information, analysis, and recommendations to organization strategic thinking and direction; establishing human resources objectives in line with organizational objectives.
•Implements human resources strategies by establishing department accountabilities, including talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, compensation, health and welfare benefits, training and development, records management, safety and health, succession planning, employee relations and retention and compliance labor law.
•Supports management by providing human resources advice, counsel, and decisions, analyzing information and applications.
•Guides management and employee actions by researching, developing, writing, and updating policies, procedures, methods, and guidelines; communicating and enforcing organization values.
•Annually reviews and makes recommendations to EXCO for improvement of WIS policies, procedures and practices.
•Maintains knowledge of school trends and employment legislation and ensures school’s Compliance.
•Works directly with department directors to assist them in carrying out their responsibilities.
•Recommends, evaluates and participates in staff development for the school.
•Coordinates and determine an effective HR organization with all campus.
•Develops and maintains a human resources system that meets school personnel information needs.
•Supervises and coach all HR employees within the department (Main Campus and all campuses).
•Participates and works on committees, HR projects and seek additional responsibilities.
•Others responsibilities assigned by Chairman.
Hiring:
•Recruiting in country internal teachers
•Completes WIS staff hiring authorization process
•Assists all Departments throughout recruitment process ensuring compliance with hiring matrix, reference checks, consistent interview questions, hiring preferences
•Submits documents to all departments as required
•Assures selective service form is completed and verify their registration with all departments, if applicable
Training:
•Supervises employees’ training and ensure an adequate development to employees
•Produces and prepares a wide variety of training materials with all departments
•Supports Training Section by recommending improvements to training and processes to ensure material remains fresh and relevant
C&B:
•Follows and ensures appropriate Annual Leaves to all WIS employees
•Supervises Finger Print Scan and Report
•Understands and communicates about allowances and benefits
•Builds and maintains the positive and influencing relationship between employees and WIS
•Checks and Provides positive working environment to employees in WIS
•Analyses and support C&B Section by sharing any information to all departments
Payroll:
•Processes new hire, transfer, resignation and termination requests in payroll
•Reviews time sheet processing for both full time and part time employees/teachers
•Understands Bonus and Overtime issues for employees
•Maintains and updates employee and human resources files
Performance Evaluation:
•Administers annual completion to all employees in collaboration with all departments
•Assists all departments with documentation
•Assures compliance with timely completions.
