• Job REQUIREMENTS 
  • Experience in HR department in factory more than 5 years; especially in jeans factory
  • Strong knowledge in labor law
  • Able to make countermeasure for worker's strike and protest demonstration
• Languages:
  • Written, spoken and listern in English , Mandarin and Khmer

• Manage around over 900 workers and staffs
• Make employment contract and HR admin policy following Cambodian labor Law
• Make HR strategy to prevent worker's democracy
• Handle compliance cases and the labor matters in the company
• Correct workers attendance records and worker sick leave true certificate etc.
• Other tasks assigned by manager
