• University degree of Accounting, Finance or Management
•  At least 2 experience in Administration or HR
•  Fluent in English
•  Computer knowledge – MS Office Application, internet and email.

•  Ability to work under pressure and autonomously

•  Maintaining an efficient and effective filing and archiving system
•  Assisting the HR team in delivering all Human Resources activities
•  Maintaining all administration and statistical data is up to date in the HR department
•  Maintaining and update employee files and the staff database
•  Assisting in the recruitment of team members as requested
•  Organising and support the running of staff meetings
•  Assisting in all matters related to staff welfare
