Job Requirement :
  • Experience with Philosophy of problem resolution analysis,
  • Proficiency with HR professional Ethic, Planning & strategy, Recruitment and Selection, conduct training & professional development, Performance Management, Compensation and benefits administration, Employee relations.
  • Ability to work on one's own with minimal supervision, and capable with end-user support at all skill levels and corporate levels.
  • Ability to prioritize one's own schedule and multiple tasks is important.
  • Personal skills required are excellent communication skills both written and oral.
  • Ability to quickly and accurately analyse a situation, and apply the best solution expediently and correctly is also vital.
  • Have ability to deal the serious assignment with SMART way rather than work-hard to deal it.
Job Duties :
  • Role Purpose
    • Provided the essential skills in managing human resource, and define human resource management,
    • Identify the skills of human resource personnel, and determine the appraisal process and interview skills,
    • Handle the conflict resolution with legal aspects, and apply some techniques for better HR Functions,
    • Identify the process and methods of mapping competencies, Administer the compensation and benefits effectively.
  • Main Responsibilities:
    • Aware with Recruitment Project, Employment Contract Maker (Local).
    • Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
    • Maintains organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; conducting and analyzing exit interviews.
    • Maintains employee benefits programs and informs employees of benefits by studying and assessing benefit needs and trends; directing the processing of benefit claims; obtaining and evaluating benefit contract bids; awarding benefit contracts; designing and conducting educational programs on benefit programs.
    • Completes human resource operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
    • Maintains human resource staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
    • Provide the orientation process to new on board, make sure their feeling warm and harmony with GG/DMI workplace.
    • In charge with several National-Auditor from Ministry of Labour and Vocational Training related to HR Procedure & implementation assignments such as:
      • Local & Expat Work-permit/Labour Book,
      • Quota,
      • Staff Health Check,
      • Staff movement IN-OUT,
      • National Social Security Fund (NSSF) Project,
    • Cooperate with Staff Association/Ambassador/ Admin Team for making excellent environment working staff satisfaction, team building activity.
    • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
    • Assist HR manager tasks assignment from time to time.
