Job Requirement :
  •  Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or in relevant fields
  •  Fluent khmer written verbal communication.
  •  English skills preferred.
  •  Computer knowledge (MS Office application, Internet and E-mail).
Job Duties :
  •  Perform customer service functions by answering company main phone line to external and internal callers
  •  Conduct benefits enrollment for new employees.
  •  Verifies Employee documentation and maintains up-to-date records.
  •  Prepare payroll/benefit-related monthly reports
  •  Update HR spreadsheet with employee change requests and process paperwork.
  •  Assist with processing of terminations.
  •  Assist with the preparation of the performance review forms.
  •  Assist HR Manager with various research projects and/or special projects.
  •  Assist with recruitment and interview process.
  •  Schedule meetings and interviews as requested by HR Manager.
  •  Make photocopies, faxes documents and performs other clerical functions.
  •  File papers and documents into appropriate employee files.
  •  Assist or prepares correspondence.
  •  Prepare new employee files.
  •  Perform other duties as assigned.
