HR Associate (01 position)

• Tertiary qualifications in a business or related discipline
• 2-4 years experience in Compensation & Benefits in a large organization
• Good knowledge of HR and remuneration, and labour law compliance
• Good analytical and critical thinking skills
• Strong ability to use excel to manage data and spreadsheets
• Ability to work under high pressure
• Proven ability to interact at all levels of an organization
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Customer service focus and a “can do” attitude

• This role is responsible for supporting the HR Shared Services Manager and working closely with the regional counterpart in managing staff compensation and benefits, payroll, HR operations and compliance.  
• Manage operational aspects of staff compensation & benefits
• Reconcile monthly payroll 
• Prepare HR financial reports and provide the analysis and commentary
• Manage aspects of employee termination/resignation process including final payment calculation
• Manage aspects of visa administration and assist all expatriates movements
• Ensure 100% compliance with Group governance policies, processes, and standard with external regulatory requirements
• Support HR Shared Services Manager with HR works including the implementation of regional and in-country projects
• Perform employee data management and data validation
