Job Requirement :

  • Able to use Ms Office (Work, Excel, Powerpoint, Internet, E-mail....)
  • Willing to learn new things
Job Duties :

1-HR Assistant for Filling.
 

  • Responsible for Filling personnel file and memos of staff or business unit in effectively and properly.
  • Every receiving document from department or others business unit are truism with dating. 
  • Passing document to receiver or related person on time. 
  • Classify document/memos by division or department. 
  • Making monthly report on managing files both of soft and hard document.
  • Follow up information about the document which not authorized yet. 
  • Checking document or memos are properly before receiving filling to avoid some document which has incomplete authorization. 
  • Ensure that all searching and auditing on document or memos are easy to find and quickly. 
  • Ensure all document or memos are not lose during commence date. 
  • Sending document to receiver or eligible person with confidential. 
  • Posting announcement on board 
  • Ensure all HR forms are enough for using. 
  • Coordinate with admin for checking assets document before their resignation. 

2-HR Assistant for Payroll Attandance.

  • Responsible for loading data from fingerprint and updating to roster.
  • Entering all leave form into attendant system.
  • Keeping lateness form and revising day-off & shift on system.
  • Sending attendant records by mail to head of department or operation 2 times a month.
  • Assist to process payroll document.
  • Tracking leave record.
  • Warm up about confirmation letter and roster.
  • Making monthly attendant record
  • Adjustment time record by according to actual time staff scan.
  • Other tasks related to payroll assigned by payroll officer/supervisor.
