Angkor Dairy Products Co., Ltd is a first Dairy Company in Cambodia. Our factory is bringing the high nutritional dairy products to serve Cambodian people.

Our factory is a new factory and we are looking for a lot of potential candidates of the Engineer/ College to join our products operation success in Cambodia. The recruitment quantity should be 20 Engineers and 20 colleges

•  Bachelor Degree of Human resource management, accounting or relate files.
•  From 25-35 years old
•  At least 1-2 years experience in HR or Payroll 
•  Strong interpersonal (verbal and written) communication skills.
•  Decision-making, problem-solving, and analytical skills
•  Computer skill in Microsoft word, excel , internet and email 
•  Patience and responsibilities 
•  Honest and respected time
•  Able to perform under pressure working environment
•  Active, self-motivated

• Perform attendance record all department operations
•  Weekly and monthly attendance report
•  Payroll processing
•  Employees Performance Appraisal
•  Manage workflow to ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately and timely
•  Reconcile payroll prior to transmission and validate confirmed reports
•  Understand proper taxation of employer paid benefits
•  Process correct garnishment calculations and compliance
•  Execute time and attendance processing and interface with payroll
•  Perform compliances for unclaimed property payroll checks
•  Develop payroll to compliance with the labor law
•  Update and reconcile monthly bank statements 
•  Load import files received from HR (All Companies)
•  Respond to employee pay slip 
•  Good understanding of problem solving with employees
