Job summary

Ensure smooth operations by providing efficient human resources as required

Leadership role

  • Leader: Set targets, delegate responsibilities and motivate the team to get the task done as planned
  • Inspector: Guarantee the effectiveness and efficiency for day to day operations
  • HR: Recruit, advise, train, observe staff performance, attendance and core value
  • Administrator: Act as advisor and assistant to the immediate manager
  • Managerial: Ensure smooth operations through managing and supervise all tasks to be done on time with effectiveness, efficiency & total quality control
Job Requirement :
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Management/ Business Administration/Human Resources
  • A minimum of 2 years working experience in HR field (HR Officer/ Supervisor)
  • A minimum of 5 years working experience in HR field (HR Manager)
  • Proven to work independent, less supervision and be able to work under pressure
  • Quick learner, dynamic, team spirit and flexible
  • Strong leadership, creative with innovation
  • Strong analytical and project management skills
  • Confident and dynamic personality
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent Problem analysis and solving skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Good English communication skills
  • Skillful in Basic computer and Microsoft Office
Job Duties :

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions
  • Maintain organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes
  • Work hand-in-hand with ELT Management team and Head of Departments to analyze staff's performance
  • Develop all procedures which are relevant to Human Resource Management
  • Ensure planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees; scheduling management conference with employees
  • Hearing and solving employee grievance; counseling employees and supervisors.
  • Maintain management guideline by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
  • Maintain historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records.
  • Maintain a pay plan by conducting periodic pay surveys; scheduling and conducting job evaluations; preparing pay budgets; monitoring and scheduling individual pay actions; recommending, planning, and implementing pay structure revisions whenever required.
  • Maintain employee benefit programs and inform employees of benefit by studying and assessing benefit needs and trends; recommending benefit programs to management; directing the processing of benefit claims; obtaining and evaluating benefit contract bids; awarding benefit contracts; designing an educational program on benefit programs.
  • Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable labor law requirements by government; conducting investigations; maintaining records; representing the organization at hearings.
  • Comply with all aspect of standard operating procedures manual
  • Attend all meetings required by the organization
  • Cooperate well with other department and ELT Branches
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports to the immediate manager
  • Perform other duties as may be required.

  • Staff recruitment & turnover (termly, semester)
  • Payroll (every two weeks)
  • Training &staff development including technical& people skills (weekly, termly, semester, yearly)
  • Staff attendance and tardiness reports (monthly)
  • Staff performance report and promotion (semester & yearly)
