•  Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management or related field 
•  At least fresh graduated student or one year working experience in related field is advanced
•  English proficiency

•  Control and follow up check in and check out attendance
•  Check monthly time sheet 
•  Check and update leave record 
•  Assist in the process of recruitment and selection include job announcement arrangement, test and interview appointment 
•  Staff record and keeping personal file
•  Issued and delivery internal correspondence letter 
•  Other tasks will be assigned by Supervisor
