- HR Assistant

Job Requirement :
  • Graduated on business administration or social science in field of Management or Law.
  • At least 2 year experiences in HR or related fields with multi-national companies or International NGO.
  • Practical knowledge in Cambodia labor law
  • Good persuasive and negotiation skill
  • Presentation skill
  • Fluent English both spoken & written
  • Reporting Skills
  • Employee Files management skill
Job Duties :
  • The purpose of the job is to supports Human Resources Manager the following duties
  • Directly manage hiring process for all job levels including advertising, testing, interviewing, ranking and selecting short-listed candidates, dealing job offers, arranging with senior levels for induction orientation.
  • Ensure the final decision from internal stakeholders must be well-aligned with business needs.
  • Evaluate external labor market conditions and internal employee turnover trends in order to recommend changes to the organization's recruitment and reward strategies and adapt existing recruitment activities to changing market conditions.
  • Select, and manage ongoing relationships with, external recruitment agencies to ensure the organization receives satisfactory standards of service.
  • Closely work with internal stakeholders to build the right sourcing strategy and support succession planning from mid to long term view.
  • Take lead in Market Intelligence program development from collecting information, analyzing & building Pool of strong, talent and solid candidates.
  • Coordinate with line managers to monitor the on-boarding program for newcomers, especially senior managers, department heads.
  • Act as HR contact to collect feedbacks from both employees and line managers to improve the quality of on-boarding process as well as support new employees quickly adapt to the working environment
  • Be on behalf of internal stakeholders to directly work with HR Manager regarding compensation and benefit, career development’s advice, training etc.
  • Support HR Manager to build training budget for the whole company, specified in leadership, soft skills and professional skills training.
