Job Requirement :
  •  Bachelor’s degree of Business Administration or other related fields 
  •  At least 1 years experience in related posts
  •  Fluency of English in speaking and writing and advantage of other languages
  •  Good interpersonal, communication, self-motivated, well organized, 
  •  Responsibilities and hard working
  •  Having a positive thinking & willing to learn and to discover new things
  •  Good command in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoints)
Job Duties :
  •  Handle daily personnel & office administrations duties being assigned
  •  Assist in recruitment process and other related jobs
  •  Personnel record maintenance (payroll, leave, attendance, appraisals, etc.)
  •  Organize staff activities including trainings and leisure activities
  •  Manage security, safety and E&M maintenance for office and facilities
  •  Record and report daily and monthly attendant report
  •  Other duties will be assigned by Manager
