• Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management or General Management
• 3 - 5 years working experience in HR management position
• High level of understanding of local HR and social issues
• Good knowledge of compensation and payroll management
• Good knowledge of Cambodia labor law and other relevant regulations
• Good communication, negotiation skills, problem solving skills, decision making and strong leadership and good initiative
• Computer skills-proficient in Word, Excel, and Power Point
• Ability to work under pressure
• Ability to communicate in English both verbally and nonverbally

• Manages all rounds of recruitment activities and channels sourcing
• Maintain equitable compensation by designing and administering pay, benefits, incentive, and bonus programs
• Manage and control an attendance, weekly days off for workers, and coordinate to solve problems.
• Manage performance appraisal
• Manage the day to day tasks of all the staff in the office
• Manage and update all job descriptions for all positions within the company.
• Manage and update all procedures for all designated regular tasks within the company.
• Prepare HR and training budget and monthly/annual report
