Senteurs d’Angkor Workshop is a handicraft company, which its mission is to produce the Cambodian “Scents and Flavor” Products by the Cambodian people. With its growth, Senteurs d’Angkor is now looking for talented Candidates to fill the position as below:

• Cambodian male/Female 25 to 35-year-old.
• University degree in Human Resource, Business Administration or other relevant similar sector.
• At least 2 year experiences
• Good at leading, organizing with strong motivational skills and good teamwork spirit.
• Good English spoken & written. 
• Excellent computer abilities (Word, Excel, Internet).
• Willingness to listen to feedback and use it to improve your work.
• Able to bring his skills in order to improve the process and to help others in their duties.

• Monitor staff attendance and leave administration
• Maintain the human resource information system and employee database
• Recruiting staff - this includes developing job descriptions, preparing advertisements, checking application forms, short listing, interviewing and selecting candidates;
• Developing policies on issues such as working conditions, performance management, equal opportunities, disciplinary procedures and absence management;
• Working with local authority to ensure the employment is compliance with Cambodia Labour Law and government regulation.
• Prepare and conduction employment contract 
• Attend all the meeting that related to HR department. 
• Insurance filling, insurance payment plan and insurance claim including (Forte insurance and NSSF)
• Vehicle document, taxation (road), technical document and driver’s document 
• Staff Uniform, staff canteen, ensure hygiene in canteen or everywhere, and ensure office security.
