Cambodia. LHC is a real estate service provider in Cambodia; Estate Agency Service, Property Valuation and Asset Appraisal, Property Management, Property Investment, Property Development, Architecture & Construction.

•Bachelor Degree in Administration or equivalent
•At least 2 years’ experience in HR and Admin.
•Good command of English both spoken and written
•Good interpersonal skill and self-motivated
•Honest, Friendly, strong commitment to company’s mission and vision
•Must be able to work independently and work under pressure to meet deadline.
•Must know how to use Microsoft word, excel, power point and internet & email
•Basic knowledge about Cambodian labor law

•Responsible on recruitment & selection process and call for interview 
•Ensure all vacancy positions are filled with the suitable candidates within the targeted time.
•Conduct orientation to new employee on the first day of joining
•Arrange job advertisements, screening, testing and collaborate with relevant managers
•Control and manage employment contract both new and existing employees
•Disciplinary Checkup, attendance and staff filing as well as record
•Preparing monthly report
•Preparing staff movement to be reported to MoLVT and process work permit & quota
•Staffs insurance management and NSSF process
•Responsible for car and driver, security as well as cleaner management
•Responsible for maintaining a good working environment in the office
•Ensures office and equipment are well maintained 
•Other task assigned by Manager
