(subsidiary of The Siam Cement Group (SCG))  and Eliza Co., Ltd., an experienced and well known pipe distributor in Cambodia. We are producer of leading PVC pipe and fitting with market coverage country wide.

• Education: Bachelor degree in human resource or administration or other related field
•  Experience: at least 1 year in administration and HR work

•  Good Ms. Office package skill
•  Good presentation skill
•  Good interpersonal skill

** Other requirement: 

•  Proactive, patient, honest, and friendly
•  Proficient in English both speaking and writing
•  Be able to drive car would be preferable
•  Knowledge of Cambodia labor law

•  Arrange personnel file to ensure that all files related to staff are kept confidentially and safely 
•  Organize stationary and control stock in and out and report stock to HR/Admin Officer
•  Purchase stationary and other items when needed
•  Data entry employees’ information and ensure that all employee database is up to date
•  Coordinate NSSF claim for employees
•  Assist HR/Admin Officer to organize monthly and annual employee bonding activities and employee’s birthday to promote employee well-being within the workplace
•  Generate monthly employee attendant report and submit to HR/Admin Officer
•  Issue employee card for all employee
•  Assist in recruitment process to ensure that all vacancies are placed on time
•  Assist in labor law compliance to ensure the company comply the standard law of Cambodia
•  Do other tasks as assign
