• Responsible for administration and human resources matters as assigned by Country Director of Smiling Gecko Cambodia
• Maintain the personnel records, and administer the NGO’s work rules, benefit scheme, internal employee relation policies, and recruitment process
• Establish and monitor all aspects of file system, office maintenance/supplies, messenger services and ensure smoothly all the office work functions
• Prepare and organize the purchase of necessary office supplies and forms
• Coordinate the maintenance of computers, printers, telephones, the internet and other office automation as well as equipment when necessary
• Provide assistance needed to complete special projects that involve the NGO’s operation
• Prepare the monthly/yearly reports in relevant administrative duties and keep the management informed and solving problems according the NGO’s guideline
