Job Requirement :
  •  At least a Bachelor Degree in Business Management, Human Resource or related field. A Master Degree is a plus
  •  At least 2-3 years’ experience in HR management, recruitment process and organization management 
  •  Knowledge in recruitment process and tools and organization management skills is an advantage
  •  Having good interpersonal skill and ability to operate and communicate well with all levels of employees
  •  Strong customer service orientation is a plus
  •  Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  •  Having the ability to multi-task and set priorities
  •  High level of English and Khmer language skill 
  •  High level of Unicode typing skill is a plus
  •  Having a good proficiency in Microsoft office suite
Job Duties :
  •  HR Duties:
  •  Recruiting, hiring, firing and retrenchment & compensation
  •  Develop Staff retention, reward, recognition and staff welfare
  •  Track and maintain industry Salary and Benefits information
  •  Prepare information and input for the salary budgets
  •  Supervise and ensure adherence to agreed corporate guideline on salary increments, allowances,adjustments and promotions
  •  Develop and recommending staff appraisal with corresponding salaries
  •  Develop employer-employee relation and team building
  •  Work in collaboration with all department heads for staff requirement forecast and succession planning
  •  Implement timely recruitment of the required staff to meet business need
  •  Develop capacity and skills training programs; internal and external training programs
  •  Maintain a safe and inspirational environment in the organization for better staff members’ relationship development leading to better interpersonal relationship and higher productivity
  •  Maintain and update staff employment records including preparation and co-coordinating staff appraisal exercises
  •  Advise the Management on current development of Cambodian Labor Law and any changes that may affects Hanuman’s business operations
  •  Provide leadership, develop, supervise and manage the Admin/HR Team
  •  Ensure recruitment advertisements in printed media, social media and website meet the corporate branding compliance standards
  •  Coordinate and enforce the Company’s systems, policies, procedures and disciplines 
  • ** Admin Duties
  •  Plan, direct, and co-ordinate supportive services of the organization, such asrecord-keeping, mail distribution, telephone operator/receptionist, daily work attendance records and other office support services
  •  Identify and provide office supplies for the office, reception, kitchen and establishing policies, procedures, and work schedules
  •  Provides communication systems by identifying & evaluating needs and options, maintaining and ensuring equipment in good working conditions
  •  Supervise/coordinate the purchases of office printed materials, stationery and equipment required by the general office and other departments by obtaining their requirements; submitting for prior management’s approval of expensive items, negotiating price, quality, delivery and approving invoices where goods are delivered
  •  Maintain filing and retrieval systems of important documents
  •  Prepare and submit Admin & HR Annual Budget for approval, tracking and monitoring costs. And track / analyze and report any variances
