A2A Town (Cambodia) Co., ltd is a Japanese Company Established the office in Cambodia, is currently seeking for a qualified candidate to fill the positions for the following to work at our Phnom Penh office

Job Requirement :
  • BBA in business administration or management
  • Must be at least 3 years’ solid relevant experience with property developer or construction company
  • Good at problem solving and multi- team coordination
  • Good knowledge of internal control system
  • Good command of both written and spoken English
  • Able to work independent
Job Duties :
  • Managing the entire Recruitment function with particular focus on recruitment and retention of employees. This includes timely and accurate placement of new staffs.
  • Planning labor compliance and administration activities that intend to mitigate or eradicate risks that arise out of office operations.
  • Managing external employer branding activities that intend to attract the most qualified candidates.
  • Participating in career planning activities that develop employees to address general business development requirements of the Company.
  • Executing target setting and performance evaluation activities in a timely and consistent manner.
  • Monitoring overall staff performance and compliance with ranking.
  • Reporting, coordinating and acting on staff satisfaction feedback on a regular basis.
  • Facilitating staff awards.
  • Managing internal communication media on a regular basis.
  • Prepare staffs contract, welfare and other company properties insurance
  • Develop and compile HR/Admin system
  • Develop & maintain staff profile and administration documentation
  • Keep all employees record with all the necessary documents & make sure all documents are in filing
  • Control staff performance, makes daily staff attendance sheet, staff plan, check daily and monthly attendance (Public holiday & Annual leave)
  • Follow up letter in/out in the way of administrative procedures & create any form as company's require
  • Ensure that the office is clean and tidy
  • Supervise the cleaning section to save cleaning materials, keep doing a good job to provide clean working environment for all staff
