• Prepare ID Card for Trainees
• Coordinate recruitment process such as posting announcement on website, calling to candidates, arrange time and room, etc.
• Coordinate training programs if there is any
• Input the staff information into HRM System
• Make sure all the documents are properly filing
• Make a list of all active trainees and take out the in-active ones
• Notify the Trainees who will expire the Agreement
• Prepare all Trainee Agreement
• Update contact and other information of the Trainees
